- *The Role**
As an Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering commercial enterprise strategies to drive growth and satisfaction for Amazon sellers. You will work closely with Amazon's companies and internal teams to enable vendors to increase their performance on Amazon. Your primary focus will be on developing our enterprise with Amazon seller partners, identifying opportunities for growth, and implementing solutions to drive success.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- **Commercial Enterprise Growth** + Measure fulfillment through overall performance metrics and deliverables+ Contribute to business strategy improvement and identify key metrics that drive growth and enhance customer experience+ Manage and deliver against complex goals with undefined approaches, balancing short-term promotional partner desires with long-term strategic funding+ Identify new opportunities across a large number of manufacturers, develop and execute mission plans
- **Relationship Management** + Build and cultivate relationships with dealers to your team's portfolio, working with internal stakeholders to become a trusted consultant and commercial enterprise advocate+ Analyze vendor delight survey results to investigate trends, set up improvement plans, and control expectations with account managers

- *Essential Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of client or seller-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills
