We're currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing Third-Party (3P) Marketplace team in Brazil. Position Overview

As an Account Manager on our 3P Marketplace team, you'll be instrumental in expanding our seller ecosystem and enhancing the product selection available to customers across Brazil and beyond. This role is chartered with acquiring, developing, and managing high-value seller relationships that bring new product categories, competitive pricing, and unparalleled convenience to our customers.

You'll be responsible for identifying market gaps, executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and recruiting key marketplace players to join our platform. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our product selection, growing our customer base, and solidifying arenaflex as the premier e-commerce destination in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities as an Account Manager will span the full spectrum of seller lifecycle management. You'll serve as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on collaborator for our seller partners, ensuring they have the tools, insights, and support needed to succeed on our platform.

Seller Acquisition & Business Development


  • Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential sellers to join the arenaflex marketplace through direct sales outreach, industry events, webinars, and targeted presentations

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the Brazilian e-commerce landscape, including market segments, seasonal trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities

  • Create and deliver compelling value propositions that demonstrate the benefits of selling on our platform

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective sellers across multiple product categories

Seller Enablement & Growth


  • Onboard new sellers and guide them through the integration process, ensuring a smooth and efficient launch on our platform

  • Share best practices for online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve excellence in delivery performance, customer experience, and business growth

  • Collaborate with sellers to develop effective pricing strategies, promotional plans, and inventory management approaches

  • Conduct regular business reviews with sellers to analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and address challenges

Strategic Planning & Market Analysis


  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities to identify untapped opportunities and emerging product categories

  • Monitor competitor efforts and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies that attract key marketplace players and expand our product selection

  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to align seller acquisition efforts with broader business objectives

Stakeholder Management


  • Engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders to drive seller success and resolve any issues that arise

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned seller accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction

  • Coordinate with teams across merchandising, marketing, logistics, and customer service to deliver seamless seller experiences

Essential Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who bring a combination of commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and a passion for e-commerce. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys the challenge of building something new.


  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree is required. Degrees in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields are strongly preferred.

  • Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years of successful business-to-business (B2B) sales experience is required. Prior experience in e-commerce, technology, retail, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), or digital platforms is highly valued.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using consultative and solutions-focused selling approaches

  • Market Entry Experience: Experience launching new products or services into emerging markets is a strong advantage

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

  • Analytical Capabilities: Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with comfort working with complex data sets and deriving actionable insights

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of Excel and MS Office programs; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and effectively manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for results and a winning attitude

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese (native or professional proficiency) is required; English proficiency is a strong plus

Preferred Qualifications

While not strictly required, the following experiences and background traits will help you stand out:


  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or digital marketplace development

  • 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry or related technology sectors

  • 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience, preferably in digital or platform-based business models

  • Familiarity with marketplace dynamics, seller ecosystems, and platform economics
