We're currently seeking a talented and motivated Account Manager – Third-Party Marketplace Development to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in expanding our third-party (3P) seller ecosystem across the USA market, working directly with sellers to help them succeed on our platform while driving unprecedented growth for arenaflex.

What You'll Do

As an Account Manager on our Marketplace Development team, you'll be the bridge between arenaflex and our third-party sellers. Your mission is to attract, onboard, and grow high-value seller relationships that expand our product selection, improve customer experience, and drive revenue growth. This isn't a desk job—you'll be actively engaging with potential sellers, attending events, and crafting strategies that shape the future of e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities


  • Market Intelligence: Develop a deep understanding of the USA e-commerce landscape, including market segments, seasonal trends, and global developments. Continuously monitor competitor activities and identify emerging opportunities to keep arenaflex ahead of the curve.
  • Seller Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential sellers to join our platform. You'll leverage direct sales outreach, attend industry events, and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value of partnering with arenaflex.
  • Seller Enablement: Guide new and existing sellers through best practices of online selling. Share data-driven insights that help them achieve excellence in delivery performance, customer experience, and business growth.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, operations, product, and finance—to identify and resolve seller challenges. You'll be the voice of the seller within arenaflex, advocating for improvements that benefit our partner ecosystem.
  • Strategic Growth: Analyze product selection gaps and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to attract key marketplace players. Maximize our product selection breadth and customer base through strategic partnerships.
  • Performance Management: Track and report on key performance metrics, ensuring sellers meet and exceed their targets while contributing to arenaflex's overall marketplace growth objectives.

Basic Qualifications


  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • Sales Experience: 1-3 years of successful business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, technology, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using consultative and solutions-focused selling approaches.
  • Market Expansion Skills: Experience launching new products or services into new markets is strongly preferred.
  • Communication Excellence: Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office programs. Comfortable analyzing data to drive decision-making.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and remain energized amid competing priorities.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, comfortable working with complex financial data and performance metrics.
  • Negotiation Skills: Polished communication skills with the ability to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with sellers and partners.
  • Leadership Potential: Ability to take initiative, lead with confidence, and manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.

Preferred Qualifications


  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management or platform sales

  • 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry

  • 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience with a proven track record

  • Familiarity with third-party marketplace models and seller ecosystems

  • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
