Join arenaflex as a Traveling Customer Training Specialist

Are you ready to launch your career with a company that transforms how businesses operate? At arenaflex, we believe that exceptional software deserves exceptional support. We are searching for a motivated Entry-Level Traveling Customer Training Specialist to join our dynamic Training Department and help drive customer success across the automotive industry.

This is a unique opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy traveling, and have a passion for technology and customer engagement. As a member of our training team, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our innovative software solutions with the customers who rely on them daily. You will not merely train users—you will become a trusted consultant, problem-solver, and brand ambassador for arenaflex.

What You Will Do

The Training Department at arenaflex serves as the critical link between our software development teams and the dealerships and organizations that use our products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless transition for customers adopting the arenaflex system, providing comprehensive training and unwavering support throughout the implementation process.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Software Implementations: Travel to customer sites (approximately 80% of the time) to install, configure, and convert customers to the arenaflex software platform. Work both independently and collaboratively with team members to ensure successful deployments.

  • Conduct Needs Assessments: Meet with dealership management and key stakeholders to understand their unique operational requirements, workflow challenges, and business objectives. Use this information to customize system configurations accordingly.

  • Deliver Professional Training: Design and execute training sessions for dealership personnel, including managers, sales staff, administrative teams, and service department employees. Employ excellent presentation and communication skills to ensure knowledge transfer and user adoption.

  • Provide Post-Installation Support: After completing on-site installations, continue supporting customers from your home office. Address questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customers are maximizing the value of their arenaflex investment.

  • Prepare for Upcoming Engagements: When not traveling, dedicate time to preparing for future customer visits. Review account documentation, customize training materials, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure each engagement is tailored to the specific customer needs.

  • Conduct Follow-Up Communications: Reach out to recently installed customers to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and reinforce training concepts. Build long-term relationships that drive customer retention and satisfaction.

  • Document Processes and Best Practices: Maintain detailed records of each customer interaction, training session, and system configuration. Contribute to our knowledge base to help future team members deliver consistent, high-quality support.

What We Are Looking For

We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who bring a combination of technical aptitude, interpersonal skills, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. While this is an entry-level position, we seek individuals who demonstrate the potential to grow into subject matter experts and future leaders within arenaflex.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience and certifications will also be considered.

  • Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of software applications and the ability to learn complex systems quickly. Comfortable working with databases, configuration tools, and troubleshooting software issues.

  • Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience with presentations, training, or teaching is highly valued.

  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%) and work varying schedules, including occasional weekends. Must be comfortable visiting new cities and working in different dealership environments.

  • Customer-First Mindset: Genuine enthusiasm for helping customers achieve their goals. Patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach are essential for building trust and rapport.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail ensures accuracy in system configurations and training delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, training, or technical support roles

  • Familiarity with the automotive industry, dealership operations, or DMS (Dealer Management Systems) software

  • Experience traveling for work or participating in field-based projects

  • Basic knowledge of SQL, database structures, or software integration concepts
