What You'll Do
- Candidate Identification & Initial Contact: Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our diverse search requirements. You'll learn how to spot talent and engage with professionals across different industries and experience levels.
- Innovation in Sourcing: Propose new and creative alternatives to identify candidates, contributing to our continuous improvement in talent acquisition strategies. Your ideas matter here!
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the recruiting area. Help us become more efficient and effective in how we find and engage talent.
- Job Portal Management: Manage the postings and listings in the various job portals with which we work. Evaluate and screen the candidates who apply to these positions, gaining valuable experience in candidate assessment.
