About the Role
As an Entry-Level Remote Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our organization, serving as the primary point of contact for clients seeking information about our Life and Health insurance products. Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Respond to incoming inquiries from prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and video conferencing, providing exceptional customer service and professional guidance on Life and Health insurance products.

Essential Qualifications
- Legal Authorization: Must be a U.S. resident legally authorized to work in the United States with a valid Social Security Number.
- Location: Must reside in the United States (we are currently hiring in all states except New York and Massachusetts).
