- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. You will become the trusted advisor your clients turn to for guidance, advice, and support throughout their journey with arenaflex.
- Onboarding and Training: Lead and assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are properly trained on our RegTech and IDV solutions. You will conduct training sessions, create educational materials, and ensure clients have a thorough understanding of all features and capabilities.
- Adoption Monitoring and Support: Proactively monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for increased adoption. You will work with clients to help them discover and utilize features that align with their specific business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally. You will troubleshoot issues, provide workarounds when necessary, and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams while keeping the client informed throughout the process.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success Leads and Managers to execute client success strategies, account planning, and quarterly business reviews. You will contribute your insights and recommendations to improve overall client satisfaction and retention.
- Metrics and Reporting: Maintain customer health metrics, track key performance indicators, and prepare comprehensive reports on engagement, satisfaction, and adoption rates. You will use data-driven insights to identify trends and recommend proactive measures.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and relay valuable customer feedback to our Product and Engineering teams. You will serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for improvements and new features that enhance client value and satisfaction.
- Revenue Growth: Support contract renewals and identify upselling opportunities by ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will work alongside the Sales team to expand arenaflex solutions within your assigned accounts while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role at arenaflex, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support roles within the RegTech, Compliance, Identity Verification (IDV), Fintech, or Banking industries.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYB (Know Your Business), fraud detection, compliance regulations, and identity verification processes. You should be familiar with the regulatory landscape governing financial services and technology.
- Client-First Mindset: Demonstrated ability to prioritize client needs and deliver exceptional service with a positive attitude. You should be empathetic, patient, and committed to resolving client concerns effectively.
