As an Enterprise Customer Engineer, Infrastructure Modernization, you will be a trusted advisor to key customers, helping them understand and utilize arenaflex Cloud Infrastructure as part of their overall cloud strategy. You will demonstrate the power of arenaflex Cloud Infrastructure by working with customers on Proof of Concepts (POCs), showcasing features, optimizing model performance, profiling, and benchmarking. Your expertise will influence arenaflex Cloud Infrastructure product direction as a trusted representative for both customers and product teams.

• *Responsibilities**

• Be a trusted advisor to key customers, helping them understand and utilize arenaflex Cloud Infrastructure as part of their overall cloud strategy by recommending migration paths, integration strategies, and architectural patterns.
• Demonstrate how arenaflex Cloud is differentiated, highlighting the power of arenaflex Cloud Infrastructure by working with customers on POCs, demonstrating features, optimizing model performance, profiling, and benchmarking.
• Build repeatable assets to enable other customers and internal teams.
• Influence arenaflex Cloud Infrastructure product direction as a trusted representative for both customers and product teams.
• Travel to customer sites and events as needed.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in virtualization or cloud native architectures in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience in performing technical presentations or public speaking.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable and secure distributed systems (preferred).
• Experience with containers and associated technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, Serverless, and Microservices (preferred).
• Experience in understanding a complex customer's existing software workload and the ability to define a technical migration roadmap to the cloud reflecting specific customer needs (preferred).

• Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, virtualization, and containerization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$239,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
• Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
