Position Overview

You will be the backbone of our program operations, ensuring that client records, communications, and documentation are accurately processed and readily accessible to our team members. Key Responsibilities
As an integral member of the arenaflex team, the Energy Services Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for the following essential duties:
- Data Management and Entry: Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, accurately reflecting the current production pipeline and ensuring all information is current and accessible.
- Communication Monitoring: Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt to ensure timely follow-up and documentation.
- Database Compliance: Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, and any other systems as needed.
- File Organization: Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring full compliance with agency and funder requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services to our clients.
- General Clerical Support: Assist with various clerical duties, including filing, mailings, phone coverage, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Remote Work Availability: Maintain availability for remote work, including attending virtual meetings, responding to emails promptly, and conducting regular duties as needed.
- Meeting Attendance: Attend all required staff meetings, supervision sessions, training, and contractual meetings to stay informed and aligned with program goals.
- Professional Development: Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Confidentiality: Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role, protecting sensitive client information at all times.
- Additional Duties: Perform related work as required to support the success of arenaflex and our Energy Services Programs.
Required Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: Associate degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
- Experience: Two years of experience in Human Services or a related field, OR applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes.
- Substitution Policy: Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education at the discretion of the hiring committee.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred, as we serve a diverse community that includes Spanish-speaking families.
