<li>Process and validate EDI eligibility requests for accuracy and compliance.</li>
<li>Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve eligibility discrepancies.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze eligibility reports to identify trends and issues.</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and regulations.</li>
<li>Assist in the development and implementation of EDI processes and procedures.</li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Document and track eligibility inquiries and resolutions in the system.</li>
<li>Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements and best practices.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>1-3 years of experience in EDI processing or healthcare eligibility.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance plans and eligibility requirements.</li>
<li>Proficiency in EDI software and data management systems.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>High school diploma required; relevant certifications a plus.</li>
