Position Purpose:
To deliver world-class & globally consistent event experience for Everise
- Principle Accountability (Key Result Areas)
- Plan, manage and execute various elements of the event, including day-of-event management
- Collaboration with the cross-functional teams for pre & post events
- Produce & manage hotel specifications, menus, audio/visual specifications, special event experiences, & logistics
- Oversee travel, transportation, and hotel arrangements for attendees/staff for events
- Collaboration with creative services partner & other event partners on the various signage, branding & ensuring the accuracy of all collaterals
- Lead, communicate, and collaborate across external partners & internal staff - inspire confidence & excitement, and be a guardian of the event brand to ensure seamless delivery of the overall experience, event vision, and objectives
- Understand the Company’s objectives and lead the development of the organization’s annual strategy for corporate events and involvement
- Assist in the venue/vendor selection and contract negotiation process and build excellent relationships with the appropriate partners
- Ensure effective financial management, including budget creation, cost negotiation, and accurate management and expense tracking

- Knowledge
- Qualification: BS, MS in Management
- Experience: 7-9 years experience in Corporate Events
- Extensive knowledge managing vendors and partnering with internal business cohorts in supporting operative events
- Experience leading a diversity of events, either at internal or at external venues
Compensation & Benefits:
The anticipated base salary range for this remote position is between $170,000- $180,000. In addition, Everise provides benefits including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Depending on the specific role, compensation may also include discretionary bonus and other benefit programs. The actual compensation package may vary based on factors such as skill set, experience level, and candidate's location.
