About the Role

As a Data Entry Image Review Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately identifying license plate information from various states across the United States. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn and apply complex business rules. You will work with cutting-edge image review technology and contribute to maintaining our reputation for accuracy and quality in the transportation and tolling industry.

Our license plate recognition and image verification processes are essential to our clients' operations, which is why we invest heavily in training our team members to perform at the highest levels. You will receive comprehensive training on state-specific license plate formats, plate types, and rejection criteria. Key Responsibilities

• License Plate Identification: Accurately identify license plate numbers, state codes, and plate types from image sets representing all 50 states. This includes recognizing various prefix and suffix formats, special characters, and unique plate configurations that vary by state and plate category.


• Image Verification: Carefully review image sets to ensure all required elements are present and readable, maintaining our stringent quality standards for every record processed.


• Rejection Processing: Apply appropriate disposition reasons when image sets are unreadable or fail to meet quality thresholds, following project-specific business rules that may differ between clients and initiatives.


• Productivity Targets: After completing the initial training and learning period, achieve and maintain a minimum productivity rate of 600 image sets per hour while preserving our established accuracy standards for human review.


• Quality Monitoring: Continuously monitor image quality and application performance, promptly reporting any issues or anomalies to your supervisor for resolution.


• Communication: Provide constructive feedback to your Image Review Supervisor and Operations Manager regarding image quality concerns, system performance issues, or process improvements.


• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work completed and any issues encountered during the review process.


• Professional Development: Participate actively in ongoing training sessions and refresher courses to stay current with evolving state plate formats and business rules.


• Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with team members and support staff to ensure seamless operations and consistent quality across all projects.


• Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Image Review Supervisor and/or Operations Manager to support team and organizational objectives.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Exceptional Attention to Detail: You must demonstrate proven ability to catch errors and inconsistencies in data, ensuring maximum accuracy in every record processed.


• Speed and Efficiency: Minimum typing speed of 35+ words per minute is required, along with the ability to maintain productivity goals throughout your shift.


• Data Entry Proficiency: Minimum of 8,500 keystrokes per hour with zero or minimal errors. Accuracy is just as important as speed in this role.


• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Comfort with learning new software systems is essential.


• Schedule Adherence: Strong commitment to arriving on time and maintaining consistent attendance according to your assigned shift schedule.


• Physical Capability: Ability to sit for extended periods of time while maintaining focus and productivity. The role requires stationary work at a computer workstation for the majority of the shift.


• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Full-Time Night Shift (Monday-Friday): 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM - Ideal for those who prefer evening work hours and want to commit to a full-time schedule with consistent weekly hours.


• Part-Time Weekend Day Shift (Saturday & Sunday): 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM - Perfect for those seeking part-time work with daytime hours on weekends.


• Part-Time Weekend Night Shift (Saturday & Sunday): 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM - Suitable for individuals who prefer weekend evening shifts.

All positions are based at our Tampa, Florida facility, and candidates must be able to work their assigned schedule reliably and consistently.
