Position Overview

As a Data Entry Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining teacher pension data within our database systems. Your work will directly support our mission to provide retirement education to school district employees across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities


  • Accurate Data Entry: Enter and update teacher pension data into the company's database systems with precision and attention to detail. Ensure all information is recorded correctly in the appropriate fields and formats.

  • Data Verification: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness. Identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in existing records to maintain data integrity.

  • Record Maintenance: Maintain and update existing data records, ensuring all information remains current, correct, and properly organized. This includes processing new enrollments, updates, and changes to existing records.

  • Report Generation: Generate and distribute reports as required by management. Compile data summaries, statistical reports, and compliance documentation as needed.

  • Compliance: Ensure all data processing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations, including data privacy requirements and industry standards.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve any data discrepancies. Communicate effectively to ensure data consistency across all systems.

Essential Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or related fields are a plus
