Data Analyst Product Growth

## What You’ll Do
Investigate key business and product questions:
Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and performance trends to identify growth opportunities and risks
Investigate drivers of key metrics, not just report on them
Partner with teams to drive decisions:
Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to frame questions and evaluate initiatives
Translate business problems into structured analysis and actionable insights
Build useful analytics:
Develop and maintain dashboards that help teams monitor performance and explore data independently
Improve how metrics and insights are communicated across the company
Strengthen our data foundations:
Work with the data team to improve data quality, metric definitions, and unified datasets
Contribute to building reliable data assets that support advanced analytics and AI initiatives (RAG, Agentic AI etc)

## What we're looking for:
2 – 4 years experience in data analytics or business intelligence
Strong SQL skills

Experience analyzing user behavior, product metrics, or growth funnelsAbility to translate ambiguous business questions into analytical investigationsStrong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
