What You'll Do
As a TurboTax Product Expert at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier technical support and customer service to TurboTax users across the country. Your primary goal will be to help customers resolve their questions and concerns quickly, efficiently, and with a positive attitude. Here's what you can expect in this role:
- Answer Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer questions regarding TurboTax products and tax return software. Most inquiries will focus on areas such as downloading the software, logging into accounts, getting started with basic navigation, importing documents, printing returns, and filing electronically.
- Provide Tax Guidance: Assist customers with very basic tax questions related to using the TurboTax platform. You'll help them understand how to enter information correctly and ensure their tax returns are accurate.
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Diagnose and resolve software-related problems, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions to get their tax preparation back on track.

- Certification Bonus: Receive a $405 bonus upon successful completion of your TurboTax Product Expert certification. This certification typically takes place over 2 days and equips you with the knowledge you need to excel in your role.
- Flexible Scheduling: Build your own schedule with flexible hours anytime between 8:00 AM EST and 12:00 AM midnight, Monday through Sunday. We understand that life happens, and we want to work with you to create a schedule that fits your needs.
- Minimum Hours: We require a minimum of 20 hours per week, but if you want to work more, the opportunity is there! You have the freedom to determine how much you work based on your availability and goals.
