What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

  • Handle High-Volume Customer Interactions: Manage approximately 50-60 customer contacts per shift through inbound calls, chat messages, and emails. This is a fast-paced, highly structured environment where every interaction counts.

  • Resolve Post-Order Issues: Compassionately assist customers with delivery inquiries, damaged items, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order notifications. Your goal is first-contact resolution whenever possible.

  • Build Genuine Relationships: Be the voice of arenaflex as you work to build lasting relationships with customers. Understand their needs and help them find solutions that align with their vision for their home.

  • Listen Actively and Show Empathy: Truly hear what customers are saying. Use active listening skills to understand their concerns and leverage internal resources to find the best possible solution.

  • De-Escalate Concerns: Many customers reach out because they've experienced an issue. Use your problem-solving skills to balance customer needs with business solutions while remaining calm, professional, and empathetic.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications

Essential Requirements


  • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory—real-world experience and interpersonal skills matter just as much to us.
