Position Overview


We're currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Professional Support Specialist to join our team in Irvine, California. This hybrid position offers the perfect balance between in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility, allowing you to design a work routine that supports both your productivity and lifestyle.

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer support. You'll be the voice of our company, handling product complaints, answering inquiries, and ensuring every customer interaction leaves a positive impression. Compensation & Schedule Details



  • Competitive Hourly Rate: $26-27 per hour, depending on experience

  • Work Schedule: Hybrid model with structured office and remote rotations

  • Office Rotation: Tuesday, Thursday, and every other Friday

  • Work from Home Rotation: Monday, Wednesday, and every other Friday

  • Hiring Timeline: Positions available beginning first week of September

Key Responsibilities


As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


  • Customer Complaint Processing: Efficiently manage and resolve product complaints received through various communication channels including phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms. Ensure each customer feels heard, valued, and satisfied with the resolution provided.

  • Timely Investigation & Resolution: Conduct thorough investigations of customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Strive to resolve issues during the first contact when possible, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Database Management: Accurately update and maintain customer information, complaint details, and product information in our CRM systems. Ensure all records are complete, current, and confidential.

  • Issue Escalation: Assess the severity and complexity of customer issues, escalating matters to appropriate supervisory or technical teams when necessary. Follow established protocols to ensure timely resolution of escalated concerns.

  • Confidentiality & Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer information and proprietary company data. Adhere to all privacy policies, security procedures, and regulatory requirements when handling sensitive information.

  • Quality Assurance: Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. Participate in quality monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings, policies, and procedures. Stay current with product updates, new releases, and changes in company processes.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, technical support, and management to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective problem resolution.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:


  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or support environment

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer applications, CRM software, and multi-line telephone systems

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally

  • Work Environment: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining composure and professionalism

  • Schedule Flexibility: Must be able to commit to the hybrid work schedule requiring both in-office and remote work days

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in a hybrid or remote work environment

  • Background in technical product support or B2B customer service

  • Associate's degree or higher in Business, Communications, or a related field
