Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales Representatives and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible. You will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and building lasting relationships with clients across our business. This position reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and is designed for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

  • Reports To: Customer Service Manager

  • Work Location: Fully Remote (after in-person training period of 10-15 days)

  • Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM

  • Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

  • Training: In-Person at arenaflex for the first two weeks, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will be diverse and engaging. You will have the opportunity to interact with customers through multiple channels while supporting our sales team in achieving their goals. Here's what you can expect:

Customer Interaction and Order Management



  • Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally, representing arenaflex with excellence

  • Handle customer messages and process orders accurately and efficiently

  • Engage in suggestive selling techniques to support current customers and increase satisfaction

  • Attend to will-call customers, ensuring their needs are met with urgency and care

  • Make outbound telephone calls to customers and follow customer call sheets as directed

  • Escalate calls and issues to the appropriate individual or department when necessary

System and Data Management



  • Accurately input sales orders into our Seasoft software system

  • Update changes to customer order guides in Seasoft under the supervision or request of the account manager

  • Maintain accurate customer price lists in Seasoft as scheduled or as needed

  • Update customer price sheets according to established timelines

  • Compile and analyze sales data to support team reporting needs

Product Knowledge and Industry Expertise



  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge and market information

  • Continually increase knowledge of industry trends and pricing rationale

  • Stay informed about arenaflex's product offerings to better serve customers

  • Apply product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations and support

Team Support and Special Projects



  • Support the customer service and sales department with special projects as assigned

  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives to ensure seamless customer experiences

  • Assist with various departmental initiatives as needed

  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues

What We're Looking For: Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements



  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma required

  • Preferred Education: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university is a plus

  • Experience: Three to five years of progressively responsible, related experience in a position of comparable scope and size

  • Technical Skills: Must be able to learn the Seasoft software package quickly and effectively

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Essential Skills and Competencies



  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to identify and resolve issues efficiently

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Ability to transfer attention from one task to another frequently without affecting performance quality

  • Must possess great attention to detail with minimal supervision required

  • Excellent telephone skills and professional etiquette

  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet business demands

Technical and Analytical Abilities



  • Ability to identify and resolve pricing inconsistencies associated with multiple types of pricing methods

  • Capable of managing a large volume of detailed work with accuracy and precision

  • Strong analytical skills to handle complex pricing structures

  • Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records
