Position Overview: Customer Service Representative (Entry-Level)

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Process Financial Transactions: Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain precise records of all cash and negotiable instruments involved in daily operations.
- Cash Management: Maintain a balanced cash drawer throughout your shift. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors promptly and professionally. Buy and sell currency from the vault as necessary, ensuring all teller drawer cash limits are maintained.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of arenaflex consumer and business products and services. Learn about checking accounts, savings accounts, certificates of deposit, loans, and more to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Customer Education and Support: Answer questions about account features, fees, and policies. Provide clear, accurate information that helps customers make informed financial decisions.
- Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional arenaflex products and services that may benefit them. Support team goals while maintaining ethical sales practices.
- Technology Utilization: Navigate various software applications and banking systems to accomplish daily tasks with minimal errors. Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Word.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence: Follow all arenaflex policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information at all times.
