The Role: What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you play a pivotal role in maintaining the seamless flow of our order management process. You're the go-to person for sales representatives, distributors, and dealers who rely on your expertise to keep orders on track and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities


  • Customer Interaction Excellence: Handle incoming inquiries from sales representatives, distributors, and dealers with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Every customer interaction is an opportunity to build lasting relationships and reinforce arenaflex's reputation for outstanding service.

  • Order Management: Process, track, and manage orders from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy at every step. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any order discrepancies or delays promptly.

  • Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns and complaints with grace under pressure. Navigate challenging situations diplomatically, finding solutions that satisfy customers while maintaining company policies and standards.

  • Technical Support: Utilize product knowledge to answer questions about our extensive range of protective paints and coatings. Provide guidance on product selection, application, and specifications as needed.

  • System Utilization: proficiently use SAP, CRM platforms, and other internal systems for order placement, pricing, inventory checks, and customer information retrieval. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, warehouse personnel, and management to ensure alignment and exceptional service delivery. Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

  • Metrics Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics related to response time, issue resolution, customer satisfaction, and order accuracy.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on product updates, company policies, and industry trends. Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge base.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Skills

Required Qualifications


  • Experience: 1-3 years of customer service or customer support experience in a professional environment. B2B customer support experience is highly preferred.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong Excel skills including formulas, spreadsheets, and data analysis. Familiarity with PC systems for order placement, pricing, and distribution management.

  • System Knowledge: Experience with SAP or other CRM platforms is a significant advantage.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly.

  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
