  • Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution
  • Providing information about products and services, including features, benefits, and usage
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Following up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken to resolve customer problems
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information
