What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Seller Operations Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing transactions and building relationships with our valued sellers and customers. This role requires a proactive approach, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Here's what you can expect:

Customer & Seller Support



  • Handle incoming calls and respond to emails regarding event and order-related questions

  • Provide exceptional service to both buyers and sellers on the arenaflex marketplace

  • Address a broad range of inquiries, from ticket availability and pricing to order confirmations and delivery issues

  • Ensure that all parties have a positive experience throughout the transaction process

Issue Resolution & Problem Solving



  • Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected

  • Determine where fault lies in disputed transactions and resolve issues fairly and constructively

  • Proactively identify potential order issues and implement effective solutions

  • Navigate complex order queues and prioritize tasks to provide real-time assistance

Seller Relationship Management

Training & Onboarding


Your first four weeks will be dedicated to comprehensive training. You'll work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM in our office, where you'll receive paid training and build the foundation for your success. This in-office training ensures you have all the resources and support you need to excel in your role.

Hybrid Work Model


After the initial training period, you'll transition to a hybrid schedule: three days in the office and two days working from home. This flexible arrangement allows you to balance productivity with work-life harmony while maintaining meaningful in-person collaboration.

Shift Schedule


We offer two primary shift options for our nights and weekends positions:



  • 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM, with Tuesday and Wednesday off

  • 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM, with Wednesday and Thursday off

This schedule provides excellent work-life balance and gives you consistent days off to recharge.

Office Location


You'll be based at our modern office in Coppell, TX, where you'll have access to comfortable workspaces, collaborative areas, and everything you need to do your best work.
