What You'll Do as a Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will serve as the vital link between our clients and their customers, ensuring every interaction meets the highest standards of service quality.   • Meet and Exceed Performance Metrics: Ensure all service delivered meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Monitor your performance metrics regularly and implement strategies to continuously improve your results.

  • Expert Problem Resolution: Clarify customer requirements through active listening and probing questions. Utilize decision-support tools, knowledge bases, and internal resources to provide accurate and efficient resolutions to customer inquiries.

  • Build Meaningful Customer Relationships: Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding. Maximize opportunities to build rapport and create positive, memorable interactions.

  • Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services that may benefit customers. Balance sales objectives with customer needs to create value for both the customer and our clients.

  • Information Management: Track, document, and retrieve information in the call tracking database efficiently. Refer to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff when responding to complex customer inquiries.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer navigation skills and solid PC knowledge. Comfortable working with multiple software applications, databases, and customer relationship management systems.
