What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, your primary focus will be delivering exceptional service that consistently meets or exceeds our contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Customer Interaction Excellence: Respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls, outbound calls, or digital channels as required by our client programs. Ensure each interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

  • Active Listening & Problem Resolution: Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while maximizing opportunities to build rapport. Probe for understanding and use decision-support tools and resources to provide accurate and effective resolutions.

  • Requirements Clarification: Clarify customer requirements through thoughtful questioning and careful analysis. Utilize available resources, including knowledge bases and support documentation, to appropriately address customer needs.

  • Professional Greeting & Communication: Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures. Maintain a pleasant and professional tone and manner throughout all customer contact situations.

  • Product & Service Knowledge: Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services. Stay current on product updates, service changes, and new offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Accurate Documentation: Prepare complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating accounts as required. Track, document, and retrieve information in our call tracking database with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Customer Satisfaction Initiatives: Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance. Contribute to team efforts aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.

  • Revenue Generation: Offer additional products and/or services when appropriate and aligned with customer needs. Identify opportunities to enhance customer value while meeting their requirements.

  • Escalation & Referral: Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff when necessary. Know when to escalate complex issues while providing excellent interim support.

  • Shift Flexibility: Ability to rotate shifts, as needed, to support business requirements and ensure comprehensive coverage for our customers.

  • Experience: Three to six months of relevant customer service experience is preferred, but we welcome eager newcomers who demonstrate the right attitude and aptitude.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer navigation skills and solid PC knowledge. Comfortable working with multiple software applications, CRM systems, and call tracking databases.

  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally. Clear, articulate speech and the ability to convey information professionally.

  • Attention to Detail: Dependable with strong attention to detail. Meticulous in documentation, data entry, and following established procedures.
