Key Responsibilities


As a Customer Experience Transformation Consultant at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and client success through your expertise in customer experience optimization and strategic pre-sales support. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Strategic Pre-Sales Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to provide comprehensive pre-sales support, including solution demonstrations, proposal preparations, and pitch deck development that effectively communicate arenaflex's value proposition.

  • Specialized Assessment Design & Leadership: Lead and design customized assessments that uncover pain points and identify growth opportunities within prospects' targeted processes, functions, or customer journeys, delivering actionable insights that drive business transformation.

  • Customer Journey Mapping Excellence: Conduct meticulous customer journey mapping exercises to identify critical touchpoints and pinpoint opportunities for improvement across people, process, and technology dimensions, providing comprehensive recommendations for enhanced customer experiences.

  • CX & Mystery Shopping Initiatives: Design and execute sophisticated CX and mystery shopping programs that objectively assess and improve customer experience quality across all interaction channels, delivering findings that inform strategic improvements.

  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyze complex customer feedback datasets, generate meaningful insights, and recommend improvements or innovations aligned with arenaflex's service and product offerings to drive measurable business outcomes.

  • Cross-Functional Benchmarking: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to benchmark existing client and prospect practices, evaluate customer experience strategies, and assess operating models, providing actionable insights and opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Client Workshop Facilitation: Lead engaging workshops and co-innovation sessions with clients and prospects to surface improvement opportunities and develop recommended actions that align with targeted business objectives and strategic goals.

  • Transformation Narrative Development: Assist in the creation and development of compelling transformation and solutions narratives for targeted clients and prospects that articulate arenaflex's unique value and capabilities.

  • Independent Client Consulting: Deliver professional client-facing consulting engagements and assessments independently, managing relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes that exceed client expectations.

  • Target Achievement: Assist in achieving regional and global departmental targets related to benefit realization, contributing to arenaflex's overall business objectives and growth trajectory.

Essential Qualifications


To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and competencies:


  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications are considered a plus.

  • Extensive Professional Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer experience management, process improvement, or consulting, including roles specifically focused on customer journey mapping and strategic pre-sales support.

  • Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills with demonstrated proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

  • Project Management Capabilities: Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams toward successful outcomes.
