What You'll Do as a Customer Experience Specialist

Customer Interaction & Needs Assessment

Product Consultation & Sales

  • Demonstrate products in engaging ways that highlight their value and help customers understand how they can enhance daily life

  • Explain technical concepts in accessible, easy-to-understand language that resonates with customers of all technical backgrounds

  • Guide customers through the entire purchase journey, from initial interest to confident decision-making

  • Assist with product setup, configuration, and initialization to ensure customers leave with fully functional devices

  • Upsell and cross-sell related products, accessories, and services that enhance the customer experience

  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining ethical, customer-first selling practices

Store Operations & Visual Merchandising


  • Maintain the store's pristine appearance, ensuring displays are visually appealing and products are properly showcased

  • Keep product areas organized, stocked, and presented to the highest standards at all times

  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to implement in-store displays, promotions, and seasonal presentations

  • Participate in store events, product launches, and community engagement initiatives

  • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention efforts

  • Ensure all POS systems, demonstration devices, and customer-facing technology are functioning optimally

Team Collaboration & Support


  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints

  • Share knowledge, tips, and best practices with colleagues to elevate overall team performance

  • Assist other departments during peak periods or when customer traffic demands additional support

Product Knowledge & Continuous Learning
