  • As a Customer Experience Professional at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers through live video interactions on our retail platform. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, provide product recommendations, and assist them in navigating their in-person shopping experience.   • *Qualifications:**
  • Demonstrated prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and meeting customer needs.
  • Outgoing, personable, and customer-focused attitude, with a passion for building strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional on-camera presence, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Empathy and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Agile with technology: Ability to learn and navigate intuitive software with ease, staying up-to-date with the latest features and functionality.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection, with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Access to a laptop or desktop computer on which to perform the role, with a reliable and secure internet connection.
  • Ability to work at least one full weekend shift (either Saturday or Sunday) per week, with flexibility to work additional shifts as needed.
