What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Resolution Coordinator at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service. Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Multi-Channel Customer Engagement: Handle a high volume of incoming communications via phone, chat, and email from customers, store associates, and internal stakeholders. You'll be the first point of contact for many customers, setting the tone for their entire experience with arenaflex.

  • Issue Resolution: Navigate multiple internal systems and databases to access customer information, track order status, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate, timely solutions. Your problem-solving skills will be key to ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

  • Professional Communication: Communicate professionally andConversationally in a manner that reflects arenaflex's brand voice. You'll build rapport with customers while efficiently addressing their needs and concerns.

  • Resource Utilization: Mastery of all available resources, including knowledge bases, internal databases, and communication tools, to ensure accurate and efficient customer support.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to established quality standards and metrics, participating in ongoing training and coaching to continuously improve your performance.

  • Product and Service Knowledge: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

What We're Looking For: Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:


  • Typing Proficiency: Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute (WPM) with accuracy.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Outlook and Word. Comfortable learning new software and navigating multiple applications simultaneously.

  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Training: Successful completion of mandatory training program (provided by arenaflex).

  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role is strongly preferred. Retail, hospitality, or call center experience is a plus.

  • Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends, as our 24/7 customer care operation requires coverage around the clock.
