Position Overview
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where every interaction matters? The Experience Center Customer Care Team at arenaflex is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Advocate to join our growing family.
As a Customer Care Advocate, you will be the frontline ambassador for arenaflex Financial Services, handling inbound communications from customers, dealers, and third-party partners. Your role is critical in ensuring that every customer receives personalized, proactive support that resolves their inquiries while building lasting loyalty to the arenaflex brand. What You'll Be Doing
As a vital member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for:
- Customer Inquiry Management: Accurately and timely handle all aspects of customer inquiries, account maintenance requests, and financial transactions with precision and attention to detail.
- Multi-Channel Communication: Respond to communications from customers, dealers, and third-party partners primarily via telephone, while also managing e-mail correspondence and written communications to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Issue Resolution: Analyze account characteristics and work collaboratively with customers to resolve their issues, providing "best in class" customer service that exceeds expectations.
- Brand Enhancement: Follow engagement strategies designed to enhance customer satisfaction and build unwavering loyalty to the arenaflex Financial Services brand and our private label partners.
- Documentation: Document all customer interactions in a clear and concise manner using designated systems, ensuring compliance with established procedures and maintaining accurate records.
- Compliance Adherence: Stay current with changes in policies and procedures to ensure compliance with high-risk processes and regulatory requirements.
- Account Management: Handle inbound and outbound communications from both delinquent and non-delinquent customers, dealers, and third parties, providing customer-oriented service and problem resolution.
- Continuous Improvement: Apply lessons learned from past experiences to improve performance and navigate complex changes in our evolving work environment.
Center Operating Hours & Work Schedule
You must be available to work a shift between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Our team operates during these core hours to ensure we can serve our customers when they need us most.
Training Program
We are committed to investing in your success. Training for this position will be conducted from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time for a comprehensive 12-week period. The first six weeks will be conducted virtually, allowing you to learn from the comfort of your home while staying connected with your trainers and peers. The second six weeks will transition to in-office training, where you'll gain hands-on experience and become familiar with our systems and processes.
This structured training program ensures you have the knowledge and skills needed to excel in your role and provide the exceptional service our customers deserve.
What You Bring
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong focus on delivering timely and accurate responses to customers
- Active listening skills with the ability to remain engaged throughout interactions
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Consistent adherence to established call models and communication guidelines
- Strong ability to apply lessons learned from past experiences
- Capability to work through complex changes and situations in a consistently evolving work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, financial services, or call center environments
- Familiarity with account management and customer relationship building
- Experience with multi-channel communication platforms
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services
