Creative Assistant for Rapper/Music Brand

Creative Assistant for Rapper – Research & Vendor Coordination (5–10 hrs/week)

We are an independent rapper and creative based in New York, and I’m looking for a sharp, organized virtual assistant to help with research and coordination tasks. This is a support role — you don’t need to be deep in the music industry, but you do need to be fast, reliable, and comfortable working with social media platforms and spreadsheets.

What You’ll Do

Lead generation

Database building

Vendor sourcing

Communication & follow-up
• Find and track creatives (e.g. video directors, stylists, editors, photographers, producers) using platforms like Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Enter and organize contact info, links, locations, and notes in Notion, Airtable, or Google Sheets
• Help with vendor coordination — sending initial DMs/emails, following up, and gathering pricing or availability
• Occasionally help with hiring creatives on Upwork or Fiverr
• Keep everything organized, up to date, and moving forward even if I’m offline for a day or two

✅ You’ll Succeed If You:

• Have strong written English (this is a must)

• Are very organized and enjoy managing spreadsheets or databases Are fast and efficient with research

• Have some familiarity with American music, pop culture, or hip-hop

• Can follow instructions but also move forward independently

• Are comfortable using tools like Instagram, Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, etc.

• ⏱️ Hours & Pay 5–10 hours/week to start Flexible schedule — just meet deadlines and keep things moving $4–6 USD/hour

• Long-term opportunity if we work well together
