About The Role We are seeking a talented and creative Copywriter to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing compelling, on-brand content across multiple channels to support national and local marketing initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with creative, social, and brand teams to craft innovative ideas and produce engaging copy that resonates with diverse audiences. Your expertise will help elevate our campaigns, ensuring they are culturally aware, platform-specific, and impactful. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to interpret feedback swiftly to refine content.

- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Proven experience as a copywriter or content creator in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content strategies
- Ability to develop creative concepts and adapt tone for different audiences
- Experience working with creative, design, and brand teams
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with marketing and advertising platforms/tools is a plus
- Responsibilities
- Collaborate with creative, social, and brand teams to develop innovative ideas and produce end-to-end content
- Develop, write, and proof copy for promotional collateral including print, direct mail, email, web, and other marketing materials for national and local campaigns
- Create compelling copy to support corporate and system-wide eDeals, revenue management, and online promotions
- Assist with partnership marketing initiatives and cross-functional content needs
- Work alongside designers and brand managers to define copy strategy for advertising and marketing campaigns
- Provide multiple copy options and incorporate feedback efficiently to meet project goals
- Support the initial product naming process and contribute to branding efforts
- Maintain high standards for content quality—on-brand, culturally aware, platform-appropriate, distinctive, and engaging
- Build and nurture relationships with creative agencies and internal teams to extend content expertise
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives and organizational growth
