<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><ul><li>The Quality Control Analyst is responsible for providing quality control for direct mail, social media, emails, web pages, promotions, advertising, and data.</li><li>Primary job tasks include but are not limited to: adhering to testing procedures, following the quality control checklist, proofreading, and ensuring a zero-error rate for communications.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Responsible for performing quality control of provided content, including, but not limited to, direct mail, social media, emails, web pages, promotions, and advertising; reviews target audience data to ensure accurate segmentation</p><ul><li>Executes basic quality control procedures, with assistance as needed</li><li>Knows resources and whom to engage solutions with guidance</li><li>Follows through against given quality control timelines</li><li>Compares assets to business requirements and supporting materials, including the Brand Style Guide, approved disclaimers, and landing page information; documents inconsistencies and errors</li><li>Executes testing procedures and test cases by following established guidelines to ensure a zero-error rate, with assistance as needed</li><li>Is adaptable to evolving business needs and a changing environment, including new forms of media</li><li>Solution oriented; positively impacts the environment of his or her direct team and others with whom he or she interacts</li><li>Works with leader to align on priorities, constructively address project work, and build personal development plans</li><li>Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description</li><li>May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></p><p>Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written</p><ul><li>Strong attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and exceptional organizational skills</li><li>Experience with quality assurance documentation tools, such as Microsoft Word and Excel, Snagit, or ProofHQ</li><li>Communicates effectively within their immediate team and is able to represent their team's point of view in peer-to-peer communication; articulates ideas and thoughts clearly; proactively listens and asks clarifying questions</li><li>Prioritizes effectively and hits promised timelines</li><li>Delivers quality work within a low-cost environment</li><li>Bi-lingual or multi-lingual, preferred</li></ul><p></p>
