Client Acquisition Specialist (Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Sales) – Unreal Stays

Unreal Stays is a fast-growing short-term rental management company helping property owners maximize income while we handle everything.

We are looking for a high-performing closer to handle inbound leads and convert property owners into management clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Call and follow up with inbound leads (Facebook, website, referrals)

• Qualify property owners and their goals

• Present Unreal Stays’ management services over phone/Zoom

• Overcome objections and close deals

• Guide new clients through onboarding

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience (phone + Zoom closing)

• Strong communication and confidence

• Ability to handle objections and control conversations

• Self-motivated and competitive

Compensation:

• Base + commission per signed property

• High earning potential (top performers will thrive)
