They are now seeking a Fractional Chief Operating Officer to work closely with the founder and the leadership team to shape operational strategy, commercial readiness, and scalable execution frameworks.

This is a fractional executive engagement for experienced operators who have previously worked at a senior leadership level in early-stage or scaling technology businesses.

About the Opportunity

This role is structured as a fractional executive engagement (approximately 8 hours per week, flexible).

    You will collaborate directly with the founder and other leaders on:
  • Strategic roadmap execution
  • Go-to-market operations
  • Partnership frameworks
  • Commercial alignment and scaling systems
  • Fundraising preparation cycles
  • Cross-functional coordination between product, sales, and marketing

The focus is on building operational clarity and scalable systems in preparation for growth.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Translating strategic vision into structured execution plans
  • Designing scalable operational processes across GTM and product delivery
  • Supporting fundraising preparation and investor materials
  • Establishing KPI frameworks and reporting structures
  • Identifying operational risks and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Strengthening partnerships and ecosystem relationships
  • Advising on hiring roadmaps and resource prioritisation
