This role enables the SVP to operate at maximum effectiveness by anticipating needs, driving strategic priorities, orchestrating communication, and ensuring operational excellence across the AMER Sales organization. The CoS works cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Strategy, Product, and Executive teams to streamline decision-making, strengthen organizational alignment, and ensure consistent execution of the SVP's vision.ResponsibilitiesExecutive Partnership & Strategic AlignmentServe as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the SVP, proactively anticipating needs, identifying gaps, and preparing the SVP for key decisions, meetings, and strategic momentsTranslate the SVP's priorities into clear operational plans, ensuring organizational alignment and executionMonitor business performance, key initiatives, and cross-functional dependencies; highlight risks and propose recommendationsLeadership Cadence & Organizational RhythmDesign and manage the operating cadence for AMERS Sales (staff meetings, QBRs, MBRs, forecast cycles, strategic planning, leadership offsites)Ensure meetings are strategic and outcomes-driven by preparing materials, agendas, pre-reads, and executive briefsManage follow-up actions and drive accountability across the leadership teamStrategic Program & Project ManagementLead complex, cross-functional initiatives that advance Sales AMER priorities (e.g., go-to-market transformations, productivity programs, forecasting improvements, customer experience initiatives)Establish governance models, track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure delivery of high-visibility programsBusiness Insights & Decision SupportPartner closely with Sales Strategy, Operations, and Finance to synthesize insights, analyze performance trends, and recommend actions to support revenue growth and operational efficiencyPrepare executive-level presentations, board-ready content, and data-backed recommendationsCommunication & Stakeholder EngagementAct as an extension of the SVP's voice; craft clear, compelling, and consistent communication across the AMER Sales organizationRepresent the SVP in meetings and cross-functional forums, ensuring alignment and continuity of leadership intentBuild strong relationships across global functions to enable seamless collaboration and issue resolutionOrganizational Health & Team EffectivenessSupport leadership team cohesion through facilitation, culture-building activities, and ongoing communication practicesDrive clarity around roles, priorities, decision frameworks, and organizational structure as the business evolvesOperational Rigor & Business ManagementPartner with Finance on planning, reporting, budget reviews, and business performance cycles as requiredOversee operational processes that improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and Sales execution disciplineQualifications12-15+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, Program Leadership, Management Consulting, or Executive Support rolesProven track record supporting or partnering with an executive-level leader in a high-growth, high-complexity environmentStrong ability to anticipate needs, connect dots across disparate inputs, and synthesize insights for executive-level decisionsExceptional communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skillsDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs with high business impactBachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferredRelevant certifications in program management or business operations are a plusThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:United States - Ashburn Office AEO : 195,000 - 293,000 USD / AnnualUnited States - Denver Office DEO : 177,000 - 265,000 USD / AnnualUnited States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 177,000 - 265,000 USD / AnnualUnited States - Tampa Office TAO : 177,000 - 265,000 USD / AnnualUnited States - Chicago Office CHO1 : 195,000 - 293,000 USD / AnnualUnited States - New York City Office NYO1 : 195,000 - 293,000 USD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs.
