• Design and build realistic digital store environments with structured product assortments.
• Create and maintain comprehensive product catalogs with high data quality and consistency.
• Develop diverse shopping scenarios and user prompts reflecting real-world consumer behavior.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs using structured rubrics for accuracy and relevance.
• Analyze model performance, identify gaps, and refine datasets for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate domain expertise into AI training data.
• Document workflows, insights, and best practices for simulation-driven model training.

Requirements
• Strong experience in e-commerce operations, merchandising, or catalog management.
• Expertise in product catalog structuring, data normalization, and content creation.
• Familiarity with AI or LLM prompting, evaluation, or training workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking with a detail-oriented QA mindset.
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior and online shopping journeys.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver scalable, high-quality datasets.
