They are hiring a Business Development Representative to help build and scale their outbound engine, focusing on generating top-of-funnel pipeline and qualifying new business opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, email, events, and conferences)
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within target accounts
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Support field and event-based prospecting efforts, including conferences
  • Collaborate with AEs to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, activity, and pipeline in CRM systems
  • Provide feedback on market trends and prospect responses to improve go-to-market strategy

Skills

  • 0-3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and operating in dynamic environments
  • Proactive, organized, and driven to meet and exceed targets
  • Ability to operate with a high level of ownership and adaptability
  • Interest in growing into a full-cycle sales role over time
