Position Summary
The B2B Customer Service Support Representative serves as the primary point of contact for business customers, addressing their needs via phone and email with professionalism and expertise. This role acts as a vital liaison between our business clients, internal teams, and support pathways to resolve credit issues, customer service concerns, and billing inquiries efficiently.
