The Opportunity

Bucket Listers is looking for a
Brand Partnership Manager
to join our sales team, focused on driving revenue through brand and agency partnerships across our social, digital, and experiential businesses.

This is a client-facing media sales role ideal for someone with experience working at an agency, publisher, or media company. The right candidate will understand how agencies operate, be comfortable navigating the RFP process, and know how to position creative, data-driven media solutions to brand and agency partners.

You’ll be responsible for building a pipeline of agency and direct brand relationships, responding to inbound opportunities, and proactively reaching out and pitching custom programs across our network.

While Bucket Listers is a remote-first company, this role may require occasional travel for key events, openings, or partner meetings.

    In this role, you will:
  • Drive revenue by selling Bucket Listers’ digital and experiential media solutions to agencies and brands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, brand marketers, and key decision-makers.
  • Respond to and manage RFP processes, including proposal development, pricing, and negotiations.
  • Create and customize pitch decks and media plans tailored to agency and client objectives.
  • Proactively source new business through outbound outreach, agency networking, and industry events.
  • Manage inbound leads and convert opportunities into closed partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Content, Creative, and Operations to execute sold programs.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in the CRM.
  • Grow existing partnerships through renewals, upsells, and long-term account strategy.
    Qualifications:
  • 2–4 years of experience in media sales, agency, publisher, or ad tech environments.
  • Direct experience working with or at media agencies.
  • Familiarity with the RFP process, media planning cycles, and agency structures.
  • Proven ability to build and grow agency or brand relationships.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Comfortable pitching to clients and agencies in both virtual and in-person settings.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage a pipeline and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and results-driven.
