I am currently working with a mid-sized Law firm with a national presence who is seeking a skilled Insurance Defense Attorney to join their rapidly expanding team in a fully remote capacity for their Florida matters. Here are the headlines:

• Lower than Industry Average Billable Hours: Invest extremely less time in this role than comparable environments with no Attorney working more than 1900 hours – as well as in a fully remote capacity!

The Role
• Support Insurance Defense Litigation - Assist in the defense of complex claims across professional liability, product liability, auto, and construction matters, contributing to case strategy and execution.
• Perform Strategic Legal Research - Analyze case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks to support the development of effective, well-informed litigation strategies.
• Draft and Manage Litigation Documents - Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
• Contribute to Client Development Efforts - Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.

The Package
• Base Salary up to $200K Base
• Performance Related Bonus
