Assistant Account Executive, Brand

Zeno Group is a global integrated communications agency that focuses on strategic communications. The Assistant Account Executive, Brand will be responsible for day-to-day account work, including media relations, reporting, and social media monitoring, while collaborating with team members on PR campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain media coverage lists and trackers
• Collaborate with team members to implement plans, and execute PR campaigns, initiatives, & events
• Demonstrate a general knowledge of social media tools
• Prepare client status & activity reports, compile media & competitor coverage, & coordinate pitching
• Assist with research, outlining, writing, editing, & proofreading materials, including media advisories, pitch letters/e-mails, biographies, reports, & fact sheets
• Support new business as needed

Skills

• 6 months - 1 year of experience
• Driven to consistently meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of Public Relations
• Excellent verbal communication, strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills, including writing
• Solid grasp of basic public relations tools and how they affect the client
