Position Overview

We are currently recruiting for full-time Customer Support Representatives to work remotely from home locations in Montana, USA. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll handle a wide range of duties designed to ensure smooth operations and satisfied customers. Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Customer Interaction: Provide friendly, courteous support to all internal and external customers while maintaining positive relationships. Greet customers in a polite and welcoming manner, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
  • Ticketing and Reservations: Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating automated retail systems. Process boarding procedures, manage baggage services, handle reservations, and resolve related complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Financial Transactions: Process payments including cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons for ticket purchases. Calculate fares, make change, and balance daily transactions. Responsible for maintaining accurate cash handling records.
  • Baggage Services: Check in baggage and freight, ensuring proper handling and documentation. Respond to customer inquiries about baggage status, lost or delayed items, and damaged luggage claims.
  • Phone Support: Answer incoming calls to provide information to callers, page customers, resolve issues or complaints, and assist as needed. Maintain professional communication standards across all phone interactions.
  • Flight Operations: Handle transactions required to board aircraft in a timely and efficient manner. Provide current and accurate fare information, schedules, reservations, flight arrival/departure information, and answer general inquiries from customers and visitors.
  • Customer Recovery: Professionally manage distressed customers due to oversells, delayed, or cancelled flights. Resolve issues quickly and within guidelines established by the organization, ensuring customer satisfaction even in challenging situations.
  • Documentation: Complete required forms and reports as directed by the company. Write abnormality and grievance reports as needed, maintaining accurate records of all incidents.
  • Emergency Response: Remain aware of hazardous situations and be capable of handling emergencies as they arise, following company protocols and safety procedures.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other job responsibilities as directed by supervisors. Responsibilities may vary based on station size and organization.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution preferred

  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Physical Capability: Ability to perform all job functions within a limited space. Must meet any physical capacity requirements as outlined in the job description.
  • Verbal Communication: Ability to communicate effectively by phone, face-to-face, and over public address systems. Must convey information and instructions clearly and professionally.
  • Radio Communication: Ability to communicate verbally or through radio equipment effectively.

Training and Development

You must achieve a passing score of 80% or greater during the training program and successfully complete an evaluation period.
