Agile Business Analyst

What you’ll do
Be the connector
Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, and solutions
Act as the link between stakeholders, developers, and product teams
Drive delivery
Own backlog refinement and sprint readiness
Ensure teams always have well-defined, prioritised work
Shape better solutions
Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and uncover real business needs
Work closely with QA to ensure what’s built actually solves the problem
Work across borders
Collaborate with partners across multiple African markets
Contribute to systems supporting agents, cash operations, and incentives
What you bring
3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, actionable outputs
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
