Role Overview:

We are seeking an Aftermarket Automotive Catalog Specialist that will assist the UAS catalog team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and complete catalog data, including vehicle mapping, application research, interchange research, and data governance in compliance with industry standards such as ACES and PIES. The ideal candidate has experience with automotive data, organized data management, and detail oriented. Remote & US based.
Key Responsibilities

· Maintain and update product application data (ACES) and product attribute data (PIES) for UAS products

· Understand source data: OE information, fitment guides, competitor listings, industry databases, etc.

· Review and utilize industry standards to clean existing catalog data

· Assist in finding coverage gaps and carry over coverage

· Perform application and attribute audits to determine missing gaps

· Review unique reports to identify catalog or quality issues by SKU

· Responsible for gathering/updating competitive and OE interchanges

· Data validation and quality control by identifying fitment errors, duplication, overmapping, etc.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in automotive cataloging, data management, or related aftermarket role

· General background knowledge of auto industry

· Working knowledge of ACES (Aftermarket Catalog Exchange Standard) and PIES (Product Information Exchange Standard) and correlated databases

· Excel proficiency

· Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience using PIM systems or cataloging tools and platforms

· Understanding of OE data and fitment analysis

· Knowledge of various automotive parts and functionality on a vehicle

· Willing to learn and grow, which may include attending industry events
