ProSearch is a staffing company seeking an Account Manager to drive new business growth through proactive outreach and relationship-building. The role involves generating leads, qualifying prospects, and collaborating with senior account managers to deliver effective staffing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and contact new business opportunities through market research, cold calls, emails, referrals, and networking
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover temporary staffing hiring needs, timelines, and decision-makers
- Qualify prospects and move them through the sales pipeline toward active job orders
- Consistently follow up with prospects to build momentum and close new client relationships
- Partner on Temporary Staffing sales strategy, account expansion, and client onboarding
- Help convert first-time clients into repeat customers by delivering a strong early experience
- Identify deeper opportunities within existing client accounts
- Collaborate to quickly match client needs with available talent
- Communicate requirements clearly to ensure speed, quality, and accuracy in placements
- Follow up post-placement to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business
- Maintain accurate notes, next steps, and data to support forecasting and sales reporting
- Stay disciplined with daily activity goals and performance
- Participate in ongoing coaching and mentorship
- Learn objection handling and account growth strategies
- Take on increasing responsibility as you learn and progress
Skills

- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to win and improve
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Organized, resilient, and comfortable managing rejection in a sales environment

- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, staffing, or a related role
- Business development: 1 year
- CRM or ATS experience is a plus
