Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative based in Oklahoma, you will be the first point of contact for our members and providers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

This position offers the flexibility of working from home while maintaining the professional standards and support you'd expect from a leading employer. You'll undergo comprehensive training to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this role.

Training and Schedule

Upon joining arenaflex, you will participate in a comprehensive 4-week training program conducted virtually. This training will be held between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Standard Time. During this period, you will learn about our products, systems, and customer service protocols.

After completing training, your permanent schedule will be Monday through Friday. Your shifts can start as early as 7:00 AM CST and end as late as 7:00 PM CST, providing flexibility to find a schedule that works best for you.
