This will involve: * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner * Following up on client cases to ensure that our customers receive the support they deserve * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Providing accurate and timely information to customers via phone, email, or chat * Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A computer running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old) * A USB headset and webcam * At least one 15" or larger monitor * Internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload (direct Ethernet connection preferred) * Ability to sit for extended periods of time * Manual dexterity and typing skills (40 WPM with 80% accuracy) * Quiet and distraction-free workspace **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role: * Previous customer service experience (in-person or remote) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred **Work Environment and Culture** As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be working in a remote environment that values flexibility, collaboration, and innovation.
