The Vice President (VP) of Clinical Operations will be a dynamic thought partner and an integral member of our plans to continue shaping the landscape of home and community-based service delivery. The VP, Clinical Operations, will also focus on evaluating operations, identifying business needs and performance gaps, and planning and implementing operational improvements for Clinical Care teams at Catalight Care Services (CCS).

The VP impacts operational efficiency of CCS Clinical teams, while ensuring that the high standards of clinical services provided to CCS client families are maintained. This role will report to the SVP, CCS, and will contribute to long-term planning and vision implementation by identifying strategic clinical and operational initiatives, collaborating, prioritizing, communicating, and evaluating results, while preserving the FoC’s reputation for integrity and excellence.
