<strong>Role Overview</strong><br> The UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Report Developer is responsible for analyzing workforce management data and delivering accurate, actionable reporting and dashboards. This role focuses on backend data exploration, SQL-driven analysis, and visualization rather than front-end application development. The position supports workforce data initiatives by connecting UKG WFM or UKG Workforce Central (WFC) application data with underlying database structures and business reporting needs.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><div><strong>WFM Data Analysis & Reporting</strong></div><ul>
<li>Analyze UKG WFM or WFC data structures to identify, extract, and validate backend data</li>
<li>Develop, customize, and maintain reports across workforce modules, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Payroll</li>
<li>Trace front-end application data back to underlying database tables and schemas</li>
</ul><div><strong>Data Visualization & Insights</strong></div><ul>
<li>Design and build dashboards using Looker or Looker Studio; Power BI or Tableau experience accepted</li>
<li>Translate workforce data into clear, actionable insights for operational and business stakeholders</li>
<li>Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and ongoing scalability</li>
</ul><div><strong>Data Integration & Engineering Support</strong></div><ul>
<li>Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for reporting and analytics</li>
<li>Support ETL processes and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and validation</li>
<li>Work within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments to support analytics and reporting workflows</li>
<li>Integrate data from multiple sources, including UKG platforms and cloud-based systems</li>
</ul><div><strong>Collaboration & Delivery</strong></div><ul>
<li>Partner with functional and business teams to gather reporting and data requirements</li>
<li>Translate business questions into technical reporting solutions</li>
<li>Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making</li>
</ul><div><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Management (WFM) or UKG Workforce Central (WFC)</li>
<li>Strong understanding of UKG backend data structures and data relationships</li>
<li>Advanced SQL skills for complex data extraction, transformation, and validation</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in reporting and dashboard development</li>
<li>Proven experience mapping front-end data elements to backend tables</li>
<li>Experience working in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments</li>
<li>Hands-on experience supporting ETL processes and data pipelines</li>
</ul><div><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Experience with Looker or Looker Studio</li>
<li>Experience with Power BI or Tableau</li>
<li>Prior configuration or advanced reporting within UKG platforms</li>
<li>Experience supporting large-scale workforce or HR data environments</li>
