Solvative is looking for a creative and forward-thinking UI/Visual Designer who can weave magic with pixels and bring design to life. As a UI/Visual Designer, your role will be to craft interfaces that are not just visually appealing but also intuitive and user-friendly. You should be able to turn complex ideas into simple, elegant designs that are a joy to use. Your toolkit should include an eye for detail, a deep understanding of human behavior, and a passion for creating seamless user experiences. In short, we’re looking for someone who can turn digital experiences into works of art that leave users in awe. Motion graphics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience: 2 Years - 5 Years
Responsibilities:
- Design visually stunning and intuitive interfaces for both web and mobile platforms..
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to bring wireframes and ideas to life with pixel-perfect precision.
- Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to ensure a consistent visual identity.
- Apply strong foundations in color, typography, hierarchy, and layout to create balanced, modern visuals.
- Maintain visual consistency across products, ensuring a cohesive and refined look and feel.
- (Bonus) Add life to designs through motion graphics and micro-interactions that enhance user engagement and delight.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Expertise in creating high-quality, aesthetically refined interfaces with an attention to usability.
- Solid understanding of grid systems, visual hierarchy, and responsive design principles.
- Ability to translate abstract ideas into clean, engaging, and production-ready design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end visual design and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with motion design tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie, or similar) for UI animation and transitions.
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS) to collaborate better with developers.
- Knowledge of branding, iconography and illustration principles.
